What To Do If Your Product Is FaultyUpdated a year ago

If you believe your shoes have a manufacturing fault, we're happy to help! To best assist us, please provide us with the following:

  • Photo of your receipt
  • Photo(s) of the fault
  • Photos to include both shoes and every angle of the shoe (top of the shoe, sole, right side & left side)

Please send the above in an email to [email protected].

As a stockist, we are guided by the brands themselves when it comes to faulty products and all fault requests are subject to brand approval. 

Some brands have better response times than others, but as a general rule of thumb if the fault is approved an estimated resolution time is around 4 - 6 weeks.
