If you have paid on a gift card and select a refund you will receive this back onto the gift card used.
We refund back to Afterpay and ZipPay directly. The refund amount you then receive in your bank account will depend on the status of your instalments and can take 1-5 business days.
Refunds are offered on all orders returned within 30 days of delivery unless stated otherwise on promo T&Cs. All refunds are processed back onto your original payment method. Refunds are not valid on shipping costs.
